With Covid-19 at the forefront of all our minds at the moment we must make advance preparations for the rents Day in November. The vast majority of members now pay on – line but we must plan now for those members who don’t have an on – line banking facility and need to pay by cheque.
Over the next few days we will be sending you simple Questionnaires regarding how you wish to pay your rent, some options you might want to look into and hopefully after everyone has answered these questions we will have a very small number of members that will still want to pay by cheque on the day.
Our overriding concern is the safety of all members during this process, so please, answer promptly as this is the busiest time of year for the Management Committee, who themselves will not be able to meet in one room to help each other this year.
