The AGM will be held at the Newton Abbot Recreational Club in Marsh Road on the 18th September 2021 at 7.30 PM. There will be space for 55 members and they will be allocated a seat on a first come first served basis. In the interests of safety we are limiting the AGM to members who have had both vaccinations.
With Covid_19 still circulating we want to give members that don’t want to attend the opportunity to have their say even if they don’t feel that it is safe enough to come to the A.G.M. With that in mind we have listed the resolutions below so that all you have to do is vote for or against or abstain. The Chairman does not normally have a vote unless there is a split decision, but under these circumstances he can vote on your behalf using the proxy voting form below. The votes will be counted and independently verified before the meeting.
With Climate Change, Carbon Reduction targets set by Teignbridge District Council and the insect loss crisis, this is a landmark AGM, we urge you to participate. It is far better for this Association to be seen to be Pro-Active than Re-Active and good decisions made now can only add to our already outstanding reputation with our Landlords.

- The first question on this interactive questionnaire is “Would you like to attend the AGM on the 18th September 2021?”
- Regardless of whether you would like to attend or not complete steps 3 – 9.
- Click in the circle to the left of the word Yes if you would or in the circle to the left of the word No if you wouldn’t,
- Read the first resolution about Cultivation Standards.
- Read the Motion below it.
- Go to the Motion 1 – Click Yes, No or Abstain.
- Repeat for all of the other Resolutions & Motions.
- Finally click the button at the bottom of the page Submit Proxy Votes. Your vote will come straight to the NADCAA email.
